EuBC Research Award 2009

Tamara Ehs was awarded with the EuBC Research Award 2009. The annual distinction by the EuBC rewards outstanding academic research on European economic and political issues. Dr Ehs, who is a lecturer at the Department of Political Science and a research fellow at the Department of Legal and Constitutional History at the University of Vienna/Austria, is awarded for her work on relating political philosophy and current European politics. She specialises in comparing historical ideas on democracy and the economy with present political trends in the European Union.
