Book Launch: 'The Music Business in the Digital Age' by Fabian Kratzberg

The European Business Circle presented a new publication by Fabian Kratzberg entitled 'The Music Business in the Digital Age'. No industry was facing such hard times as the music business at the beginning of the 21st century. Illegal copying and peer-to-peer filesharing networks offered consumers alternative access to music and sales went down considerably. This publication offers a scientific view on changes in the value chain and gives answers to questions such as how to make consumers pay for music again. The study includes transaction economics, value chain considerations and a back-up survey.
